The World Bank’s Mission 300 describes coordinated delivery across governments, development institutions, and the private sector to expand electricity access. AACSB describes a high-school partnership that uses business cases to widen access to business education. Stanford GSB reports that small retailers adopted digital payments more readily when practical onboarding addressed the barriers around the tool. Inside Higher Ed’s account of August university cuts shows that cost decisions can also remove capabilities institutions rely on.
Together, these cases support one practical move: treat implementation support as part of the intervention. A promising idea is not yet useful if people cannot reach it. They must also understand and sustain it. Name the delivery bottleneck, the accountable owner, and the capability that must remain after the initial change. The sources do not prove that coordination caused every infrastructure result or that one education partnership applies elsewhere. They do not show that the Stanford effect transfers to all markets or that the reported cuts improved institutional performance.
